Responsibility
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative consumer products aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and commercialization.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to meet business goals.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze consumer feedback and sales data to refine product strategies and enhance performance.
- Present product proposals and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, innovation, or R&D within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate product visions and strategies.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
