Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to all customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in stocking, rotating, and displaying fresh produce and retail products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing store promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, cashier, or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
