Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Manage and maintain store inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Assemble and test keyboards and other products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and sales events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
