Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to improve performance and foster career growth.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail analytics tools.
