Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving ambitious targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, merchandising, and visual presentation to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring personalized service and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization, while reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion, jewelry, or hospitality sectors.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
