Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Represent Ekle's Clinic at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and clinic services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
