Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Manage cashiering processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive repeat business.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in appliances or consumer electronics.
