Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers in assigned locations to promote telecom products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of telecom products and services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
