Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize losses and maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous).
