Responsibility
- Provide personalized and attentive customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Rene Caovilla’s product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and styling recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling to meet their individual preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to boutique performance metrics.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion (fresh graduates with a strong passion for fashion are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Strong sense of style and ability to provide fashion advice tailored to diverse customer preferences.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
