Responsibility
- Manage and monitor outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to arrange payment plans and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, aging accounts, and recovery rates.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to management for further action.
- Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting or collection software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with possible travel to other branches as needed.
