Responsibility
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or business is advantageous.
