Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure the store meets all operational standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cycling or sports industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the products and market.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
