Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with shoppers to ensure a positive experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and restocking inventory.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing detailed information about features and benefits.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in inventory counts, merchandising tasks, and seasonal store displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
