Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional strategies.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and assist in replenishing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems; willingness to learn new tools.
