Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, SOPs, and retail best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with recruitment, training, and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and financial transactions to optimize store performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational efficiency, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising excellence.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
