Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales and managing teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
