Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, fitting, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions, to provide accurate information.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
