Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies to the store manager.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Assist with promotional activities, including setting up displays and distributing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
