Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring financial accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking products.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and new product launches to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role (beauty/wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous.
