Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote furniture products across Bali’s key retail locations.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and partnerships to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and email campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or customer support roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Passion for furniture, interior design, or retail industries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
