Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for retail and consumer products.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor product performance and address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report field insights and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including service reports and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during all field operations.
- Assist in the installation and setup of products as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on product usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the Bali region as required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile devices for reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus.
