Responsibility
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Design and implement visually appealing product displays to attract customers and boost sales.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports on sales performance, inventory status, and merchandising activities.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store standards for product presentation.
- Assist in store layout adjustments to optimize customer flow and product accessibility.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Male candidates preferred, aged between 18–30 years old.
- Open to candidates with or without prior merchandising experience; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical stamina to handle stock replenishment, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
