Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing retail team.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all interactions.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align branch goals with company-wide objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Branch Manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
