Responsibility
- Promote and sell building materials, including cement, sanitary products, and lightweight bricks, to retail and wholesale clients.
- Visit and engage with business partners across Bali to expand market reach and strengthen relationships.
- Conduct timely and professional collections to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to meet customer demands.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer expert advice to clients.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
