Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet individual needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products, promotions, and brand standards to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improving sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior experience in Bali’s retail sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or Russian are highly desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing sales targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks (e.g., stocking shelves).
