Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems and tools.
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all orders, including customer information and transaction details.
- Resolve any order-related discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing order trends to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using order management systems, CRM software, or similar tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
