Responsibility
- Conduct professional eye examinations (refraction tests) to determine customers’ vision prescriptions accurately.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses based on vision needs, face shape, and lifestyle.
- Educate customers on lens materials, coatings, and advanced technologies (e.g., blue light filtering, photochromic lenses).
- Assist in frame selection, offering style advice tailored to current fashion trends and individual preferences.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of custom eyewear with attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products, promotions, and industry innovations to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets while delivering a seamless, luxury retail experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Optometry, Refraction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided).
- Proven experience in optical sales, customer service, or retail (eyewear industry is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of eye anatomy, common vision problems, and corrective solutions.
- Ability to operate refraction equipment and interpret prescription data accurately.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear trends, with a keen eye for detail in frame styling.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are advantageous).
