Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales and product demonstrations for XL Smart products in assigned locations.
- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and explain product benefits effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, promotion, canvassing, SPG/SPB, or field administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is advantageous.
