Responsibility
- Check and verify stock levels and product conditions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Arrange and maintain product displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Record and track product distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with the retail team to address inventory needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, including photos, on stock status and display conditions.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandise handling.
- Provide support in organizing promotional displays and seasonal product setups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or merchandise handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Familiarity with retail operations and visual merchandising principles is an advantage.
