Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance staff productivity.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop strategies for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards in the branch.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali, if not already based in the area.
