Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area in alignment with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking products, tracking sales, and reporting low stock levels.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming events to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless in-store experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a customer-facing role (preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury retail).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (for non-local applicants, work permits must be arranged independently).
