Responsibility
- Execute in-store merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and report findings.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or FMCG (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with store personnel and clients.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license.
