Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local retail regulations.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
- Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a retail leadership role, preferably in a high-volume store.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
