Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Shadow and learn from senior managers to understand leadership strategies and decision-making processes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales, marketing, and operational skills.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Take on special projects and assignments to gain exposure to different aspects of retail management.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in problem-solving and contributing innovative ideas to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry, with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuta, Badung, and commit to the full duration of the trainee program.
