As an Allocator Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and minimizing stockouts by strategically distributing inventory based on demand trends, seasonal fluctuations, and store performance. Responsibility
- Oversee and execute stock allocation and replenishment processes for all retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to forecast demand and optimize stock distribution.
- Identify bestselling and slow-moving products, adjusting allocations to minimize overstock and stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement allocation strategies to improve turnover rates and reduce carrying costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock accuracy, fill rates, and inventory turnover.
- Lead and mentor allocation team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track, analyze, and adjust allocations in real time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, allocation, or retail operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and inventory management software.
- Proven ability to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and make data-driven allocation decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
