Responsibility
- Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to create a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.
- Prepare and present food and beverage items according to brand standards and customer preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational issues for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and preparing reports.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
