Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the management team on staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
