As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience by managing product assortment, pricing strategies, inventory allocation, and promotional execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure our beauty products are presented in the most appealing and profitable way. This role offers the chance to work in some of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to optimize product assortment and maximize sales across retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Create visually appealing product displays and layouts that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and promotional effectiveness to present to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty products to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role within the beauty or consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive merchandising decisions.
- Proven experience in inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with retail management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
