Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions by promoting Embun Natural’s product range.
- Restock inventory, monitor product availability, and assist with inventory management.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, highlighting benefits and usage.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for natural products, sustainability, or wellness is highly desirable.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
