Responsibility
- Lead and supervise retail sales teams across multiple outlets to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and inventory coordination to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales staff to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and in-store campaigns.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and operational insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, operational standards, and health/safety regulations across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
