Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems and order management tools.
- Provide exceptional in-store and phone/email customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and financial procedures.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Track and report sales data, customer feedback, and order discrepancies to management.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Excel, email) and quick learning ability for new software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management are advantageous.
