Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail and service center operations, ensuring smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and vendor relationships for IT products.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support, particularly for Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align local operations with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in IT or electronics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance improvement.
- Technical knowledge of laptops, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
