Responsibility
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional compliance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met according to company guidelines.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimize product placement and sales performance.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to product display or stock levels.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
