Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers in retail settings, shopping malls, and public areas to promote company products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to generate interest and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and samples to attract attention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads for follow-up purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service roles (preferably in retail or FMCG sectors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and its retail landscape is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around different locations.
- Basic knowledge of consumer products and retail sales techniques.
