Responsibility
- Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Conduct basic eye measurements and assist with frame adjustments for optimal fit.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and eye care best practices.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash/credit payments, and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer expert recommendations.
- Assist in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; background in retail or healthcare is a plus.
