Responsibility
- Provide expert advice to customers on pet care, nutrition, and product selection.
- Assist in the daily care of animals in the store, including feeding, grooming, and health monitoring.
- Educate pet owners on best practices for pet health, behavior, and wellness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both pets and customers.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Stay updated on the latest pet care trends, products, and industry standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking product availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pet care, veterinary assistance, or retail (preferably in a pet-related field).
- Strong knowledge of pet nutrition, health, and behavior.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for sales processing and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in pet care or related fields is a plus.
