Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing payments (cash, card, digital) with accuracy.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and locating items in-store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area and checkout counter.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them promptly.
- Replenish stock, monitor inventory levels, and assist with merchandising tasks as needed.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, or special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
