Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns and visual merchandising to boost customer engagement.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand values.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize product availability.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Store Head for continuous improvement in sales and operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in the store.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role within the consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
