Responsibility
- Greet customers and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist customers with inquiries about grooming services, pricing, and pet care tips.
- Coordinate with groomers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cashier roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for managing bookings and payments.
- Passion for animals and a calm demeanor around pets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
